Ingredients

6 oz Package Completely Seasoned Vigo Yellow Rice: Enriched Rice (Niacin, Iron (Ortho Phosphate), Thiamin, Folic Acid), Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Red and Green Bell Pepper, Tomato), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Corn Cereal Solids, Garlic, Natural Flavor (Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil), Dehydrated Chicken, Sugar, Spices, Artificial Color (Including F.D. & C. Yellow No. 5, F.D. & C. Red No. 3), Saffron. 2 oz Can Assorted Spanish Seafood and Vegetables: Squid, Mussels, Cockles, Peas, Carrots, French Beans, Pimientos, and Sauce Prepared with Olive Oil and Spices, Salt Added.

Directions

• In a two-quart shallow saucepan with tight-fitting lid, bring 1-1/2 cups (12 oz) of water to a boil. 2. Add can of seafood and pouch of rice. Return to boil. Stir while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes undisturbed. Serve in same saucepan, garnish with shrimp, clams in shells, additional peas and lemon wedges.
